5 Tips for Reload Prepaid Visa Tune Card

Tune Card is a prepaid Visa Card from Tune Money Sdn Bhd,Malaysia. This prepaid card is widely use in Malaysia and going to be introduce in all Asean countries. Tune Card is becoming more popular since it can cash out money from PayPal. As we all know, Malaysia is still not recognize by PayPal to use local bank.

Here are a few tips for newbie for reload for the first time.
1. You can choose to walk in to any POS Malaysia,CIMB Bank or Bank Simpanan Nasional branches
2. Then, fill up a cash Deposit Form (Pos Akaun 39/CIMB Collect Service Form/BSN Deposit/Bayaran/Tuntutan Form)with the following information
- Tune Card Reference Number (Will be given to you when you successfully sign up)
- Your NRIC/passport number
- Amount (Minimum RM 50)
- Your Contact Number
- Your Name
3. Remember to collect receipt as proof of your payment, in case the money is not there in your account.
4. How to receive your card?
After making the payment, you have to wait for 7 working days (West Malaysia) and 10 working days (East Malaysia) from the day your initial load. The Tune Card will be sent to your selected Pos Malaysia Branch that you select during your signup process.
Make sure you select Pos Malaysia that is near to your place.If you fail to collect the card within 21 days then Pos Malaysia will return it back to Tune Money Sdn Bhd.

5. What to bring?
Remember to bring along your original IC or Passport as proof of your identity for validation. RM 3 will be charge upon collection. Make sure all the details is correct before leaving the place.
