My final mission on using Tune Card is to be able to cash out my PayPal money. I know it’s not that much but enough to buy my daughter a baby swing for my first cash out.:)
YES, you can use Tune Card to validate and cash out you PayPal money. I will show you the prove. See my Tune Card last 4 digit number is 9015, same with my PayPal account.
Just remember, PayPal will deducted USD 5 for this process, so do it wisely.

Conclusion here, since Tune Card is “no frill” service so you have to pay for every services that you use such as :
- RM 2 only for Top Up at CIMB Bank, POS Malaysia and BSNRM 1.15 withdrawals at CIMB ATM machine
RM0.50 only for online top up
But if you a smart guy like me you only use it to cash out your PayPal money heheh

U R right use UR tune card to cash out pay pal as I have a lot of items on ebay and its convinient. Good luck to all Visa Tune users and TQ Datuk Tony.
